VAT Consultants Association of Bangladesh (VCAB)
Distinguished Guests, Esteemed Stakeholders, and Members,
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the official website of the VAT Consultants Association of Bangladesh (VCAB).
VCAB represents a significant step forward in the institutional development of the VAT consulting profession in Bangladesh. As a professional body representing VAT Consultants and VAT Agents, the Association is dedicated to promoting ethical practice, professional competence, and constructive engagement in support of a transparent and efficient VAT system.
In the context of an evolving fiscal and regulatory environment, the role of qualified VAT professionals is increasingly important in ensuring accurate compliance, minimizing disputes, and facilitating voluntary VATÂ compliance. VCAB seeks to contribute positively to these national objectives by strengthening professional standards, enhancing technical capacity, and encouraging responsible practice within the profession.
As President of the Association, I wish to reaffirm our commitment to safeguarding the professional interests of our members while also serving the broader interests of the business community, government institutions, and development partners. We strongly believe that mutual cooperation between tax professionals, revenue authorities, policymakers, and the private sector is essential for building a modern, fair, and sustainable VAT framework in Bangladesh.
VCAB remains committed to supporting policy dialogue, professional development initiatives, and knowledge sharing that contribute to improved compliance and strengthened revenue administration. Through this platform, we aim to maintain transparency, foster collaboration, and facilitate constructive communication among all stakeholders.
